The fully fenced property comprises of the main large farmhouse, two single garages including workshop and laundry space, an interconnecting two-bedroom flat, numerous outbuildings, an administration block with separate his/her ablutions, 5 carports, a large vegetable garden, a chicken coop providing fresh organic farm eggs, three wooden chalets with communal swimming pool, (can be rented out for additional income), 8 Tilapia breeding tunnels and 1 water filtration tunnel, an active 10 000L per hour borehole, supplying the main concrete header reservoir (800 000L), farming implements plus more.

A 10 000L per hour borehole feeds a large 800 000L concrete reservoir, which in turn feeds the Tilapia tunnels. A second smaller reservoir feeds the farmhouse and wooden chalets. 

Of the 9 tunnels, one is a filtration tunnel, where the water cleanliness is assisted with water lettuce filtration. There is presently about 20 000 Tilapia breeding in the tunnels. The fingerlings grow to a mass of about 450grams before harvesting and are sold per/kg in weight. Tilapias are hardy fish and can be fed a variety of foods. The fish are sold on order and are either collected or delivered in the surrounding areas. The ideal water temperature for breeding is between 20-30 degrees. The farm has permits for the following: Water user's license. Permit for Mozambique and Nile Tilapia. Game permit for Burchell's Zebra and Impala. There is currently 5 Zebra, 1 Impala and 1 waterbuck roaming the buffalo grassed fields. The soil is fertile with acacia and pine trees, attracting various species of birdlife.

The farm has a distant view of the Indian Ocean.
